Nicholas R. McDaniels is a managing partner at Lewis McDaniels. His practice focuses on Personal Injury, Family Law, and Estate Planning, among other areas of law. Prior to co-founding the firm, Nick was as solo-practitioner with McDaniels Law.

He is a proud member of the National Lawyers Guild, Maryland State Bar Association, Baltimore Teachers Union, and member of the Board of Directors at the Community Law in Action.

Nick is an accomplished attorney who is also co-owner and Broker of Union Preferred Realty where along with his team, he provides exceptional real estate services to homeowners, investors, sellers, with a special focus on the needs of union members.

When Nick is not in the office, you can catch him working with the next generation of lawyers and leaders at a Baltimore City’ss largest high school, where he is the director of the Law and Leadership Program. Nick is a passionate individual who cares for others far more than he does for himself and works tirelessly to ensure the success of his students, mentees, fellow workers, and especially all of his clients. He is a fearless advocate who fights for the empowerment of all working people as well as educational equity for all students.

This West Virginia native likes to spend his free time in the mountains with his beautiful family and their herd of animals, playing music, throwing weights around in his barn.
