A native of north Baltimore, Curtis graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2001. After working as the primary Social Security attorney at two small law firms in Charleston, West Virginia and Baltimore City, Curtis opened the Law Office of Curtis Cooper, LLC in 2007 to focus on providing top notch representation to his own clients in employment and disability benefits matters.
